Additionally, guests have access to daily maid service, complimentary continental breakfast (excluding weekends), and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The Villas are available in a range of sizes, from 8-person units to 12-person units.

The 12-person units feature five private bedrooms and three full bathrooms, perfect for larger groups like wedding parties or corporate retreats. The fifth bedroom on these units is the largest on the island, with three queen beds!

Groups will enjoy our large, lushly landscaped courtyard complete with BBQ grills to enjoy an outdoor gathering!

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all parts of the island via a $3 bus that runs on a loop all day. Our stay at House #601 was excellent! The location was very convenient. We have booked this house for the same week next year and look forward to staying there again. The house has a patio in front and a couple of little decks. Downtown is just a 3-minute walk away and has restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, monuments, museums, boats, and more. Although we don't drink alcohol, neighborhood pubs and great entertainers are at the downtown bars. Based on our vacations to Mackinaw Island, Beaver Island, Catalina Island, and Ocean Isle, we felt right at home.
